Please read these terms carefully before using the pujok platform. By registering or playing any game, you agree to all of these rules.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the pujok platform and all related services. When you open an account on pujok, browse the platform, or participate in any game or betting activity, you acknowledge that you accept these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If you continue using the service after updated Terms are published on the platform, you will be considered to have consented to the updated Terms.
Important: This platform is for individuals aged 21 or older only. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.
1. Definitions & Interpretation
The meanings of the following words and terms used in these Terms are defined in this section.
1.1 Key Terms
- "Platform" refers to the pujok website, mobile version, and all connected digital services.
- "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on or using the pujok platform.
- "Account" refers to the digital account created for your personal registration and transactions on pujok.
- "Wallet" refers to the balance linked to your account through which deposits and withdrawals are processed.
- "Bonus" refers to a welcome bonus or any other promotional offer provided by pujok.
- "Bet" refers to money placed to participate in a game or sports event.
2. Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
The minimum age to participate on the pujok platform is 21. When opening an account, you must confirm that you are 21 or older. We may request relevant documents to verify your age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or closure.
2.2 One Person, One Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings will be considered void. Multiple accounts operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method also fall under this restriction.
2.3 Accurate Information
- All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
- pujok reserves the right to permanently close an account if false information is provided.
- If your information changes, update it immediately or contact support.
- Operating an account under another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
Use a strong password to keep your account secure and do not share your login details with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, report it immediately to [email protected].
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
pujok currently supports transactions through three mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Payments through any method other than these three are not accepted.
3.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal processing time: usually completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests may only be made through the same method used for the deposit. Your account must have sufficient balance before making a withdrawal request. Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until all active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
Warning: pujok reserves the right to hold or investigate any transaction suspected of money laundering or fraud. An account may be suspended if suspicious activity is detected.
4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus — bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳22,000 or more earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — bringing the total balance to ৳37,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
- Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount.
- Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Bonus-related winnings cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
- Certain games may contribute differently to wagering calculations — details will be noted on the promotions page.
4.3 Bonus Restrictions
- Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and related winnings may be cancelled.
- Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
- pujok reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
5. Gaming & Betting Rules
5.1 General Gaming Conditions
All games available on pujok — slots, live casino, cricket betting, keno, and others — are operated according to defined rules. Each game's individual rules are displayed in the game interface. In the event of any technical error, pujok's reference server data will be considered final.
5.2 Sports Betting
- The list of sports events available for betting may change from time to time.
- If an event is cancelled or a result does not apply, the bet amount will be refunded.
- If an irregular betting pattern is detected on an event, that bet may be held for review.
- Any bet associated with match fixing or influencing the outcome on the field will be considered void.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games through any automated bot, software, or artificial intelligence.
- Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting any bug or error in the game system.
- Sharing an account with another player or engaging in coordinated betting.
- Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform.
6. VIP Program Terms
pujok has five VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tiers advance based on your gaming activity and engagement on the platform.
6.1 Weekly Cashback
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
6.2 VIP Benefit Conditions
- Cashback will be paid at the set rate at the end of each week.
- pujok reserves the right to downgrade or cancel a VIP tier if any rule violation is detected on the account.
- VIP benefits are non-transferable.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time. Send an email to [email protected] to make the request. Withdraw any available balance before closing your account. If you close your account while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress, the bonus will be cancelled.
7.2 Closure or Suspension by pujok
pujok reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any section of these Terms.
- Providing a false identity or information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
- Use of automated software.
- Threatening, harassing, or attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
8. Responsible Gaming
pujok is deeply mindful of the mental and financial wellbeing of its users. We believe gaming is for enjoyment — not addiction.
- You may request that a deposit limit be set on your account.
- A temporary account suspension for a set period is available.
- A permanent self-exclusion request can be made through support.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service Disruptions
pujok is not liable for temporary service disruptions caused by technical issues, internet disconnection, or maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, but every effort is made to resolve any technical issue as quickly as possible.
10.2 Third-Party Game Providers
Games available on pujok are provided by various third-party suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, and Microgaming. The supplier's own policies will apply to any software-related issues with these games.
10.3 Finality of Decisions
- In any dispute, pujok server logs and data will be considered final evidence.
- pujok's decisions on all rule violations and penalties are final.
